We don't take phone calls
There's no phone number listed and we don't run a call line. The reason is simple: email lets us send you a clear, traceable reply, and we don't have to wing it with whatever's not in front of us. If something is genuinely time-sensitive (you just placed an order and want to change it), put "Urgent - your order number" in the subject and we'll prioritize it that day.
