If you don't like it within 7 days, you can return it. Here's how it works.
Shipping timeline
Order to dispatch takes about 7 working days. We take a bit longer than fast-fashion shops because each bracelet is made to order from the studio after you confirm your reading.
Delivery is via international shipping. Arrival time varies by region:
- Singapore: 5-7 days
- Malaysia / HK / Taiwan: 4-6 days
- Elsewhere: 7-14 days
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, email hello@mioandgem.com.
When you can return
Within 7 days of delivery, returns work if:
- The bracelet doesn't show signs of wear (scratches, sweat, perfume residue)
- Packaging, card, and any inserts are intact
- No deliberate damage
A bracelet matched to your Wu Xing reading is still returnable, but because it was calculated for the specific person you are, it usually doesn't immediately fit someone else once it comes back. We'd suggest checking whether the styling can be adjusted first. If you want to swap for a different stone, just email hello@mioandgem.com and we'll work it out together.
How to return
- Email hello@mioandgem.com with subject "Return - your order number"
- We reply within 1-2 working days with the return address and label
- You ship it back (you cover return shipping unless the issue is on our end)
- Once it arrives, refund issued to your original payment method within 7 working days
When we can't accept a return
- Worn (sweat, perfume, scratches)
- Resized or taken apart
- After 7 days
- Sale items (the product page will note this if applicable)
If we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged
That's on us, not on you. Email hello@mioandgem.com and we'll send a replacement. We cover the cost. You don't need to return the original. Keep it or pass it along.
