How the Mio Personal Edit works
The Personal Edit starts with the person, not the crystal. Your birth details establish the chart; your current Five Element balance and timing layers identify the most useful direction; Mio&Gem then matches that direction to a natural crystal and a finished bracelet design.
1. Your birth details
Date, time and birthplace are used to calculate the Four Pillars with local solar-time correction. Sex at birth is used only for the traditional ten-year Da Yun cycle calculation.
2. Your current Five Element state
The result is not based on whichever element has the smallest percentage. The engine evaluates the Day Master, birth season, hidden stems, chart interactions, the current Da Yun and Liu Nian, then identifies the useful balancing element for the current snapshot.
3. One useful direction
The output narrows the chart to a practical direction—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal or Water—rather than presenting a long list of generic traits or predictions.
4. From element to crystal
Your selected intention—Mind & Balance, Love & Relationships, or Career & Wealth—shapes which Mio&Gem crystal design expresses that element. The crystal is the material expression of the result, not the starting point.
5. From crystal to bracelet
The recommendation is a designed everyday bracelet using natural stone, metal components and structural details. It is not a promise that a crystal creates a specific health, relationship, career or financial outcome.
Privacy
The Personal Edit calculation runs in your browser. Birth details entered into the tool are not saved to a Mio&Gem account or order record by the Personal Edit itself.
