Orders currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia only.
Shipping
Each bracelet is prepared to order. Please allow approximately 7 business days before dispatch.
- Singapore: free shipping; estimated transit 5–7 days after dispatch.
- Malaysia: free shipping; estimated transit 4–6 days after dispatch.
You will receive tracking by email once the order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
Fit
Mio&Gem bracelets use an elastic construction and are sold as one size. Individual product pages show the materials and design details for each piece.
7-day returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of delivery. The bracelet must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with its original packaging, cards and accessories.
Email hello@mioandgem.com with your order number before the 7-day period ends. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility unless we made an error or the item is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, materially different from its description, or is not the item ordered, contact us with your order number and photographs. We will work with you on the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.
Natural variation in colour, grain, inclusions and translucency is part of natural stone and is not, by itself, a defect.
Refund timing
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we aim to issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
