These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit or purchase from Mio&Gem through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
1. About Mio&Gem
Mio&Gem designs and sells natural crystal bracelets and related accessories. Contact us at hello@mioandgem.com.
2. Products and natural variation
Our bracelets use natural stones and are assembled in small batches or to order. Colour, pattern, inclusions, translucency, bead size and finish may vary slightly from photographs. These natural variations are not defects. Measurements are approximate, and screen settings may affect how colours appear.
Mio&Gem bracelets use an elastic construction and are sold as one size unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
3. BaZi and crystal information
Our BaZi tool, crystal recommendations and wellness content are provided for personal reflection, cultural interest and product discovery. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and do not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any condition. We do not guarantee spiritual, health, relationship, career or financial outcomes.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise. Any conversion shown by your bank or payment provider may include their fees. Duties or local charges imposed by the destination are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
5. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information is incomplete, fraud is suspected, or an obvious pricing or listing error occurred. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it promptly to the original payment method.
Payments are processed by the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your use of a payment provider is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
6. Production and delivery
We currently sell and ship to Singapore and Malaysia only. Most bracelets are prepared to order and we aim to dispatch within approximately 7 business days.
- Singapore: free shipping; estimated transit 5–7 days after dispatch.
- Malaysia: free shipping; estimated transit 4–6 days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, customs, weather and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Tracking is provided where available.
7. Returns and change of mind
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 7-day change-of-mind return period from delivery. To request a return, email hello@mioandgem.com with your order number before the period ends.
For a change-of-mind return, the bracelet must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with its original packaging, cards and accessories. You are responsible for return postage unless we made an error or the item is faulty. Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we aim to issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
BaZi-recommended bracelets are covered by this 7-day policy under the same conditions. These voluntary conditions do not limit rights relating to faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, materially different from its description, or is not the item ordered, contact us with your order number and photographs. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, refund and/or reimbursement of reasonable return costs.
9. Bracelet care
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to chemicals, unauthorised alteration and failure to follow care guidance are not manufacturing defects. Current care guidance is available on our Care Guide.
10. Intellectual property
The Mio&Gem name, product designs, photographs, written content, BaZi presentation, software and other original website material belong to Mio&Gem or its licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping only and must not reproduce or commercially exploit our material without permission except where permitted by law.
11. Accounts and website use
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping login details secure. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or use it for unlawful activity.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider when a payment method is enabled.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mio&Gem is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control or by use of products contrary to supplied instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You retain any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting hello@mioandgem.com.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The version displayed when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
